Make sourdough bread part of your weekly routine by joining our bread club! Your membership is one of the core elements of our small business. Your community support gives us the foundation to operate as a small-scale, neighborhood bakery committed to sourcing excellent grains, maintaining close relationships with our customers, and supporting public health.
The baker’s choice is a rotation of specialty sourdough breads that change from week to week. This bread is an opportunity to be innovative with different grains from Carinspring Mills and California-grown produce that changes with the seasons.
Some examples of baker’s choice loaves are: Polenta & Rosemary, Maple Oat Porridge, Smoked Potato & Garlic Confit, Cinnamon Raisin, Olive & Herbs de Provence, Jalapeño and Cheddar, & Apple Millet.
Saturday Pick Up at the Alameda Farmer’s Market (9a-1p)
Please note: Subscriptions are now on a rolling basis! Sign up anytime and begin picking up the following Saturday at the Farmer's Market between 9-1p. Orders picked up after the market is closed will be available in the bread shed at 478 Taylor Avenue. Orders not picked up within 24 hours are donated unless we hear from you.
